Attorney Joel M. Fineberg
Joel M. Fineberg has built a nationally recognized practice and successfully represents plaintiffs in sophisticated commercial litigation, as well as class actions, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases resulting from work place, aircraft and truck accidents. Mr. Fineberg has built a reputation as a dedicated advocate on behalf of his clients’ rights. Each case is thoroughly investigated, analyzed and prosecuted with a single goal – the relentless pursuit of justice. Mr. Fineberg has been successfully litigating complex commercial, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases for almost 20 years.
Mr. Fineberg is admitted to practice in Texas by the Texas Supreme Court, as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Fineberg is a graduate of Emory University and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Mr. Fineberg served as a Briefing Attorney for the Texas Supreme Court from 1991 – 1992. He served as a Director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Associations and is a member of both the Texas and Dallas Trial Lawyers Associations, both the Texas and Dallas Bar Associations, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Fineberg is often asked to speak at various Continuing Legal Education Seminars and has served as the Course Director for the Texas State Bar Advanced Personal Injury Course.
